Tip for Tuesday: Whip it. Whip it good.

Here's my tip for the week, and it's short and sweet (to make up for last week).  Whip your canned frosting.  Seriously.  Not only does it make it glossy and beautiful, but it doubles the amount (ever started frosting your two-layer cake, only to find one can of frosting isn't enough?  GRRRR!), and it decreases the calories/sugar per serving.  

It is SO easy.  Scoop all the frosting out of the jar and into a bowl.  Whip it on like, 2 for about 4 minutes, or until it's about doubled in size.  You'll find you suddenly have enough frosting for the middle, the top, and the sides, and it's pretty and glossy!
